SHIPPING

1. Do you ship internationally?

  • We are happy to serve shoppers from all over the world.
  • Pricing may vary based on your final shipping destination and duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. 
  • Your order will be shipped in a timely manner, but we are unable to guarantee how long it will take for your item to arrive at your destination, due to customs. Customs can be unpredictable and may hold on to a package as they see fit. For delivery delays, please contact your local post office. We are only able to track shipments up to your destination country. 

2. What are my shipping options?

       Within Singapore:

  • All orders within Singapore will be delivered between 4-5 working days. 
  • For orders that are required urgently we do have same day delivery with additional charges for delivery partners.
  • For parcels marked as delivered, we will deem them as delivered. There will be no refunds given for items claimed to have not been delivered.
  • The onus to track a delivered but not received item, lies on the customer, and not on Jewelzjoy.

      International Orders

  • All international orders are shipped via Singapore Registered Post. 
  • We are not responsible for any shipping duties and taxes, which need to be borne by the customer. 
  • Delivery timings vary depending on your location. All registered post articles have a tracking number and will need a signature to receive.
  • We send you a message with a tracking number when the parcel is shipped out. 
  • All international shipments typically get posted out on a Monday, regardless of when the order has been placed. If the Wednesday is a public holiday, they will be shipped out on the nearest working day.
  • We do not refund packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.  We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be re-sent if and when they are received back at Lustre Jewellery and will incur a reshipment fee.

     3. How long will it take to get my order?

    • All local orders ship within 24 hours.
    • For international orders, shipping times vary based on the chosen shipping destination, and this can get affected during the peak seasonal holidays of Chinese New Year and Christmas.

     4. How do I track my order once it has been shipped?

    • A WhatsApp message with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order.
    • To check on the status of your shipment, click on the tracking number displayed in the message.

     5. Is it safe to mail jewellery?

    • Yes, we ship our jewellery with trusted carriers such as Qoo10, Eazyparcel and Singapore Registered Post.
    • All orders received before 12 noon will be shipped out the same day.
    • Please do note that there will be no registered mail shipping out over weekends. 

     6. Is shipping free?

    • Orders $100 or higher receive free standard shipping in Singapore.
    • Orders $300 or higher receive free standard shipping worldwide.
    • For orders below this amount, our shipping rates are very reasonable both for worldwide and local shipping. We offer flat shipping rates - which means you pay the same rate for a single item of jewellery or multiple pieces.
